Approach
Look first. Fix one thing properly. Hand it over.
Scobert works in a fixed order: understand how the work really flows, fix the one thing that costs the most time, then hand the result over in writing. Every project has a written scope with a fixed price agreed before paid work starts. Clients own everything Scobert builds.
The four steps of every Scobert project
| Step | What happens | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Conversation | A free 30-minute call about what slows the business down | A straight answer on whether Scobert can help |
| 2. Scope | Scobert maps the workflow and proposes the first fix | A written scope with a fixed price and delivery date |
| 3. Build | Scobert builds, tests against real examples, and reviews with you | A working result, checked before it goes live |
| 4. Handover | Scobert trains the people who will use it | Plain-language instructions and every login |
Principles Scobert works by
- Process before software. A tool only helps once everyone agrees how the work should flow.
- Small wins, shipped. One working improvement beats a long strategy document.
- Plain language. Every recommendation is explained without jargon.
- You own it. Accounts, files and documentation belong to the client from day one.
Frequently asked questions
Does Scobert charge for the first call?
No. The first 30-minute call with Scobert is free and carries no obligation. The call exists to decide whether there is a problem worth solving and whether Scobert is the right fit to solve it.
How does Scobert price projects?
Scobert prices each project as a fixed fee in a written scope, agreed before any paid work starts. The scope lists what is included, what is not, any third-party software costs, and the delivery date. If the work changes, the scope is updated in writing first. Current price ranges are listed on the Scobert pricing page at scobert.com/pricing.
What will Scobert not do?
Scobert will not recommend software it has not checked against your actual workflow, lock you into proprietary systems, or promise results it cannot measure. Scobert will also tell you when a problem does not need a consultant at all.
